Tradeport Technology Park
Tradeport Technology Park includes more than 160 acres of land zoned for industrual use and ideal for manufacturers, distributors, office space and construction trades. The park is located east of urban Immokalee and south of Immokalee Airport. Just northeast of Tradeport are 375 additional acres of land designated for future industrial use. Several hundred acres in the same area has also been set aside for a future planned residential community that will have parks, preserves, lakes and possibly a new school.
Shops at Hammock Cove Phase II
Shops at Hammock Cove, located at the intersection of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and U.S. 41 in Naples, was built in 2002 and is home to well-known stores and services including Publix, CVS and Bank of America. Phase II of Hammock Cove is currently under conceptual design and will add an additional 12 acres of office and retail space.
